• After you see the final version. It is ready to ship!

All shipments have tracking number and you can check it from Courier’s web site. ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT)

We do not accept returns. We provide exchanges. These are the conditions that we accept for exchanges: 

 

• If the product arrives in wrong pattern or significantly different with any other features,
• If you receive wrong product,
• If the products are damaged.

• Wash periodically with a clean, dampcloth. If necessary, a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid maybe used. 
• Travertine has natural pitting that. can collect debris; dust regularly or use a handheld vacuum, or a soft-bristled brush with water and mild soap. 
• Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials. 

 

Recommendations

 

• Use placemats or trivets under hot items and coasters under beverages to prevent marks and stains. 
• Protect the surface from acidic substances like wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce. 
• Wipe spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth. 
• As a natural and porous material, travertine can be nicked, stained or scratched; avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on surface.
